But I originally come from Giza, Egypt.

My role at HRS
I work on delivering the Crew Platform - a product that helps airlines, cruise ship companies, and train operators find and automate booking hotel rooms for their crew. I'm also leading the design team into exploring AI-powered workflows - establishing new processes that speed up output without compromising on quality.
Key Achievements
Notifications System
- Revamped the notifications experience based on client and user feedback.
- Added better filtering and sorting for notifications.
- Improved notification hierarchy visually and logically - critical in the high-performance environments the Crew Platform serves.
Supplier Dashboard
- Created daily and monthly overview dashboards helping hotels manage incoming crew check-ins and check-outs, connected to the Crew Platform for an end-to-end experience.
- Focused on information hierarchy to surface the most important data hotel staff needs to better accommodate their guests.
Previously at OLX
Improved order management for sellers and buyers, supporting OLX's fast-growing Pay&Ship business.
- Revamped Delivery Overview and Order Detail pages with filtering and bulk actions.
- Improved seller confirmation flow, raising Poland's rate to 93% from 89%.
At Homeday GmbH
- Redesigned the homepage to improve user access points.
- Launched Homeday's Help Center to support property transactions and resolve tech issues in Germany.
